Attention Adult Home Help Providers

• MDHHS changed the way you track and submit your services for the Home Help program from paper provider logs to a new electronic service verification (ESV) system.
  
• The original policy states that service verification must be received before you will be paid.
  
• Please Note: Starting with services you provide in October 2016, providers MUST submit a monthly service verification in order to get paid.
  
• Electronic Service Verification (ESV) is the preferred method of submission but there is a Paper Service Verification (PSV) option for those who qualify. You can request a PSV from the Provider Help Line or your Adult Services Worker.
  
• Assistance with submission of service verification is available by calling the Provider Hotline at 1-800-979-4662.
